Meet Manu, who has developed a unique perspective through his Indian heritage and growing up in Germany. This combines ancient Ayurvedic family secrets with modern western know-how. His father, a doctor of internal medicine, as well as his mother and grandmother, who have extensive knowledge of herbs and spices, have had a decisive influence on him.
Manu introduced raw Kombucha to Germany and founded ManuTeeFaktur. His products were very well received and were available in around 1.000 organic supermarkets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where they found an enthusiastic following.

Ulli, who also comes from a family of medical doctors, is a respected Ayurvedic consultant and expert in Eastern nutrition and detoxification.
With over 20 years of experience in Ayurveda, she was trained by renowned Ayurvedic physician Dr. Vasant Lad and holds a Master of Ayurvedic Sciences (MSc Ayurveda) from the International Vedic Hindu University (IVHU) in Florida, USA.
In addition, she expanded her knowledge of Western and Eastern phytotherapy with the well-known herbalist and author Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa, whose successful method is a synthesis of scientific Western herbalism and the traditional energetic herbalism of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.
Ulli has been successfully running her company Ulli Ayurveda for over two decades, both in Turkey and internationally.
She works personally with clients, offering Ayurveda training programs, wellness retreats and guided detox seminars.
In the last 10 years, she has successfully trained over 150 Ayurveda therapists in Turkey. Her latest book “Dein Ayurveda: Das Praxisbuch für ein Leben in Balance” was recently published in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Med. Dietrich Grönemeyer by the renowned SüdWest Verlag in Germany.
